Normally, the quiz would generate an automatic email to the test-taker's supervisor with:

  • quiz name
  • score
  • quiz-taker’s name
  • quiz-taker’s email address
  • date

Training Packages and Demo

We now offer a new product that's generating a lot of interest. We call it the WebQuiz; it's part of a 3-part training package useful for employee orientation or competency-based training.

Part 1. Infoflip

Your information is outlined in a concise, cross-referenced compact and durable Infoflip which you are already using.

Part 2. Webflip

The pages of the Infoflip are then converted to a web version of the Infoflip with internal navigational links. This is accessible from any online computer. Some of our client are already using this for in-house training or presentations.

Part 3. Webquiz

A series of multiple choice questions based on the Infoflip content, which are integrated into the Webflip, accessed through links at appropriate places.

As the employee reads the Webflip, they will find links to one or more quizzes. When they have completed a quiz and entered their name and email address, they can click to get their score.

The score, their name and email address and date are automatically emailed to their supervisor and/or an individual or department that tracks training.

The employer can also request that if the score is below a certain number, the employee will be directed back to review the answers or to take the quiz again.

The advantages:

  • You have an electronic paper–trail (due diligence) of the training and a way to contact the employee.
  • The test can be administered remotely.
  • It closes the "Learning Loop" as it does not separate everyday work challenges (Infoflip), learning (Webflip) and testing (Webquiz), but uses the concept of continuous learning.
  • The package is prepared for you to upload to your website or e-learning site.

There are no user fees or access fees associated with the package - once we send it to you, that's it!
